Currently, we do not auto-sync your progress when you play on a new device or when you perform a factory reset. However, you can submit a ticket asking us to transfer your progress. We will need both your old and your new User/Device IDs to do this.
Here's a step-by-step of how to get this information:
- Open the game on the old device and copy your User/Device ID
- Download the game on the new device
- Open the game on the new device. You need to play the initial tutorial until be able to open the Settings screen to copy the User/Device ID
- Submit a ticket with both old and new IDs and we'll make the magic happen!
Important: Before performing a factory reset, make sure to save your device ID, otherwise we won't be able to restore your progress!
