Currently, we do not auto-sync your progress when you play on a new device or when you perform a factory reset. However, you can submit a ticket asking us to transfer your progress. We will need both your old and your new User/Device IDs to do this.

Here's a step-by-step of how to get this information:

  1. Open the game on the old device and copy your User/Device ID
  2. Download the game on the new device
  3. Open the game on the new device. You need to play the initial tutorial until be able to open the Settings screen to copy the User/Device ID
  4. Submit a ticket with both old and new IDs and we'll make the magic happen!

Important: Before performing a factory reset, make sure to save your device ID, otherwise we won't be able to restore your progress!
