If you completed a task from our offer wall and have not received your Free Diamonds, here's what you can do:

A. Submit a support ticket to TapJoy

The offer wall featured in The Goldbergs: Back to the 80s was created by TapJoy and they have their very own support system in place to assist players facing such problems. You can submit a support request to them by following the steps below:

1. Go to the ingame store and click the "Free diamonds" button

2. Click the "Menu" button (three horizontal lines) at the top-left corner of the screen

3. Click "Reward Status"

4. Find the offer you need assistance with - it should be under "Opened" or "Rewarded"

5. Click that offer to see its details. Note: click "Details" beneath the title of the offer and review its requisites. Please confirm whether you meet them before proceeding.

6. Click the red "Request Support" button and follow the instructions

If the issue persists after trying the above, you can always reach out to our support team. Tap "Help" in the settings menu, click "Submit a request" and follow the instructions. Yes, it's as simple as that and our team will answer your request as quickly as possible!
