Some iOS users might face a problem with the Social Authentication step of the loading. In this step, the game will try to connect with the Game Center account on iOS and Google Play Games account on Android. There are two possible solutions for users that are stuck on this step on iOS:
Solution A: Sign out from Game Center
To sign out of Game Center, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Scroll down to the Game Center app and tap on it
- Tap on your Apple ID
- Log out of your account
- Try opening the game again

Solution B: Sign in Game Center
- Perform the same steps above, but log into your account this time and reopen the game.
