There are two ways to submit a support request:
1 - Through the Help button on the loading screen or the settings menu, you can tap the Chat icon to reach out to our support agents.
2 - By emailing us at goldbergsgame@lumen.games
In this case, it's extremely important to let us know your User/Device ID on the request so we can help you more efficiently.
Your User ID can be found on the settings menu within the game. Simply tap the COPY ID TO CLIPBOARD button and paste it on your request.
Unable to load the game to copy your User ID? No problem! You can still see it on the loading screen just above the loading bar, so you can take a screenshot and attach it on your request. Easy-peasy!
